JSEDM established in 1982, is a global distributor and manufacturer of EDM machines. With around 40 years of professional experience in product development, we focus on the production of Wire Cut machines and EDM machines. We offer a variety of product specifications and even customized machines to meet the needs of customers in different field of expertise.
JSEDM specializes in developing its own control systems. From the stage of initial testing, part and component selection, pre-production trials, reviews, and feedback from end-users…we achieve the most user-friendly and convenient control systems with the lowest maintenance costs, thereby providing customers with a smooth processing experience.

1994 | JSEDM CNC machines are successfully promoted in the market. |

1988 | Improved company internal organization structure by dividing into five departments: Production, Quality Control, Research and Development, Marketing and Sales and Administration. |
1987 | New factory build and located in the Taichung Industrial Park. |
1985 | JSEDM developed Orbit Loran Function for EDM and obtain CNS Patent No.36630. |
1984 | JSEDM accomplish overseas market promotion for EDM. |
1983 | JSEDM, the first company to use DC Servo Drives in EDM in Taiwan. |
1982 | Jiann Sheng Machinery & Electric Industrial Company Limited was founded. |
Providing Customize Solution
To adapt to the changing environment of current global market and to meet customers' demands for product integration and standardization. In 2015, JSEDM introduced Abrasive Fluid Machine to complete customer's processing and production needs. In addition to provide polishing services, JSEDM offers customer process optimization advice and solutions to overcome the challenge of the low-cost competition brought about by globalization and at the same time reduce the energy consumption of the machine.
Machine Features and Control
JSEDM has strict requirements for the production environment and the quality of finished products. The factory is equipped with air conditioners to ensure a stable environment temperature. To ensure that every customer's machine is of the highest quality, each product must pass multiple stages of testing, and with the final confirmation by JSEDM chairman before shipment.
The design of the machine not only simplifies the assembly process but also reduces the possibility of mis-assembly in the production process and enhances stability to achieve high-precision cutting. The simple configuration aims to make the operation more convenient and intuitive for the user.
Research and Development
JSEDM research and development team focuses on developing machine that is easy for users to operate while maintaining high precision and stability. Each axis of the machine is tested and verified based on different production environment and different selection of material, ensuring that the machine can meet customer product precision requirements.
The R&D team also cares about environmental impact caused by production waste. By simplifying the manufacturing process and implementing waste recycling and filtration, they aim to reduce harm to the planet and accomplish sustainable development.
