To overcome time differences and the inconvenience of emailing back and forth, JSEDM Service Team also offers online video repair services, scheduling time based on customer's convenience to deliver the most efficient solution.
The JSEDM factory is divided into two production and testing areas based on different machine types. Each area is equipped with air conditioning to control the temperature, ensuring stable production quality and optimal testing results. When customers request for testing or need solution for occurring issues, JSEDM Service Team performs test cutting and processing in the corresponding area. Service Team set parameters according to the customer's environment to simulate actual conditions and records instructional and maintenance videos based on the situation, allowing customers to follow step-by-step operations and to overcome language barriers.

JSEDM online service will be perform as follow:
1. Customer provide Machine Model, Machine Serial Number, and Purchase Date.
2. Customer provide photos or videos of the machine and the issue occured.
3. JSEDM Service Team will then sort the issue based on the description, issues will generally be divided into:
- Machine troubleshooting
- Provision of machine-related information
- Assistance with processing parameter settings
4. Respond to the customer by assigning the task to the responsible department based on the issue.
